Chính sách này áp dụng cho tiện ích MochiNote được phân phối qua Chrome Web Store. Mục đích duy nhất của MochiNote là giúp người dùng tạo, quản lý và đồng bộ ghi chú, nhiệm vụ, checklist, thư mục và thông tin trang web mà người dùng chủ động lưu.

1. Dữ liệu được xử lý

Dữ liệu do người dùng tạo: tiêu đề và nội dung ghi chú, checklist, nhiệm vụ, thư mục, thẻ, màu sắc, thời gian nhắc nhở và cài đặt ứng dụng.
Thông tin tài khoản: địa chỉ email, mã đăng nhập dùng một lần và thông tin phiên xác thực cần thiết khi người dùng chọn đăng nhập.
Thông tin trang web do người dùng chủ động lưu: URL, tiêu đề trang, đoạn văn bản được chọn hoặc nội dung liên quan cần thiết để tạo ghi chú. MochiNote không theo dõi lịch sử duyệt web trong nền.
Báo cáo kỹ thuật tùy chọn: thông tin lỗi đã được giới hạn và làm sạch, chỉ được gửi khi người dùng đồng ý gửi báo cáo.

2. Cách dữ liệu được sử dụng

MochiNote chỉ sử dụng dữ liệu để:

cung cấp chức năng ghi chú, nhiệm vụ, checklist, thư mục và nhắc nhở;
lưu dữ liệu trên thiết bị và khôi phục trạng thái làm việc;
đồng bộ dữ liệu giữa các thiết bị khi người dùng chủ động đăng nhập;
lưu thông tin từ tab hiện tại sau hành động rõ ràng của người dùng;
duy trì bảo mật, độ ổn định và xử lý sự cố của dịch vụ.

3. Lưu trữ cục bộ và đồng bộ đám mây

MochiNote có thể hoạt động bằng dữ liệu lưu cục bộ trong trình duyệt. Khi người dùng đăng nhập và bật đồng bộ, dữ liệu tài khoản và nội dung MochiNote cần thiết được truyền qua kết nối HTTPS tới Supabase để xác thực, lưu trữ và đồng bộ giữa các thiết bị. Supabase là nhà cung cấp hạ tầng xử lý dữ liệu thay mặt MochiNote.

4. Chia sẻ và bán dữ liệu

MochiNote không bán dữ liệu người dùng, không sử dụng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo được cá nhân hóa và không chuyển dữ liệu cho mục đích xác định khả năng tín dụng hoặc cho vay. Dữ liệu chỉ được chuyển cho nhà cung cấp hạ tầng khi cần để cung cấp tính năng, bảo vệ dịch vụ, tuân thủ pháp luật hoặc xử lý yêu cầu hợp lệ của người dùng.

5. Quyền của Chrome

activeTab và scripting: đọc tab hiện tại sau yêu cầu của người dùng.
contextMenus: cung cấp lệnh lưu trang hoặc nội dung được chọn.
alarms và notifications: lên lịch và hiển thị nhắc nhở.
sidePanel: hiển thị giao diện chính của MochiNote.
storage: lưu cài đặt và trạng thái cần thiết của tiện ích.

MochiNote không tải hoặc thực thi mã từ máy chủ từ xa.

6. Thời gian lưu giữ và xóa dữ liệu

Dữ liệu được giữ trong thời gian cần thiết để cung cấp tính năng hoặc cho tới khi người dùng xóa dữ liệu. Người dùng có thể xóa từng mục, đặt lại dữ liệu cục bộ hoặc yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu tài khoản đám mây. Một số bản sao lưu vận hành hoặc bản ghi xóa có thể được giữ trong thời gian giới hạn nhằm đảm bảo an toàn và tính nhất quán của hệ thống.

7. Bảo mật

Dữ liệu đồng bộ được truyền bằng HTTPS. MochiNote áp dụng kiểm soát truy cập theo tài khoản và giới hạn quyền của tiện ích ở mức cần thiết. Không có phương thức truyền hoặc lưu trữ nào an toàn tuyệt đối, nhưng MochiNote thực hiện các biện pháp hợp lý để bảo vệ dữ liệu khỏi truy cập trái phép.

8. Liên hệ và thay đổi chính sách

Người dùng có thể liên hệ bằng địa chỉ email nhà phát hành đã được xác minh hiển thị trên trang MochiNote của Chrome Web Store. Khi chính sách thay đổi đáng kể, ngày có hiệu lực ở đầu trang sẽ được cập nhật và thông báo phù hợp sẽ được cung cấp khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

Việc MochiNote sử dụng và chuyển thông tin nhận được từ các API của Google tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Chrome Web Store, bao gồm các yêu cầu về Limited Use.

This policy applies to the MochiNote extension distributed through the Chrome Web Store. MochiNote's single purpose is to help users create, manage, and synchronize notes, tasks, checklists, folders, and webpage information that they explicitly choose to save.

1. Data we process

User-created data: note titles and content, checklists, tasks, folders, tags, colors, reminders, and application preferences.
Account information: email address, one-time sign-in codes, and session authentication information required when a user chooses to sign in.
Webpage information explicitly saved by the user: a URL, page title, selected text, or related content required to create a note. MochiNote does not monitor browsing history in the background.
Optional diagnostic reports: limited and sanitized error information, sent only after the user agrees to submit a report.

2. How data is used

MochiNote uses data only to:

provide notes, tasks, checklists, folders, and reminders;
store data on the device and restore the user's working state;
synchronize data across devices when the user chooses to sign in;
save information from the current tab after an explicit user action;
maintain the security, reliability, and operation of the service.

3. Local storage and cloud synchronization

MochiNote can operate using data stored locally in the browser. When a user signs in and enables synchronization, the account information and MochiNote content required for the feature are transmitted over HTTPS to Supabase for authentication, storage, and synchronization across devices. Supabase acts as an infrastructure provider processing data on MochiNote's behalf.

4. Data sharing and sale

MochiNote does not sell user data, use it for personalized advertising, or transfer it for creditworthiness or lending purposes. Data is transferred to infrastructure providers only when necessary to provide the service, protect its security, comply with law, or fulfill a valid user request.

5. Chrome permissions

activeTab and scripting: access the current tab after a user request.
contextMenus: provide commands to save a page or selected content.
alarms and notifications: schedule and display reminders.
sidePanel: display MochiNote's primary interface.
storage: store required extension settings and state.

MochiNote does not download or execute remotely hosted code.

6. Retention and deletion

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the features or until the user deletes it. Users may delete individual items, reset local data, or request deletion of cloud account data. Limited operational backups or deletion records may be retained temporarily to protect the security and consistency of the service.

7. Security

Synchronized data is transmitted over HTTPS. MochiNote applies account-based access controls and limits extension permissions to the functionality that requires them. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, but MochiNote uses reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access.

8. Contact and policy changes

Users can contact the developer through the verified publisher contact email displayed on MochiNote's Chrome Web Store listing. If this policy changes materially, the effective date above will be updated and appropriate notice will be provided where required by law.

MochiNote's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
